HABILIDADES COMERCIALES Y TÉCNICAS DE NEGOCIACIÓN I
El punto de partida es saber dónde nos encontramos. Para ello haremos un análisis de situación de la cartera comercial, clientes, producto así como de la competencia y el mercado. Este será el punto de partida en la organización y gestión de la cartera de clientes. Lo importante a partir de este momento es saber hacia dónde nos dirigimos, hacia dónde o quién enfocamos nuestro objetivo. Si sabemos mirar dónde dirigimos nuestro foco, aprendemos a prospectar y seguir nuevos clientes y fidelizar los actuales. Aprendemos a diseñar las estrategias que nos conduzcan a conseguir este objetivo.
